FACTS:  The Ceiba lot from Huehuetenango is a community coffee, investing in sustainable sourcing to benefit a large group of producers. The cup profile boasts a rich floral and berry aroma and is full of chocolate, lemon, and raspberry, with a creamy body thanks to the specific Huehuetenango terroir.

Pure delight. And I really hope it will stay this way

I love your coffee and order monthly Plus I am a regular at craft and commons ( hence this particular coffee). However last delivery, for the first time ever , did not have this amazing fragrance when I opened the bag :( and coffee does seem flatter and more bitter … what might have happened?
