SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNTS:

Can I make changes to my order?  
Yes!  Please contact us ASAP at info@choosekos.com to make any changes to your order.  We do our best to make necessary changes to your account prior to your next shipment.

Whay day(s) do you ship on?  
We ship all subscription based products the first week of every month.  We will send an email confirmation before your shipment goes out!

Why won’t my discount code work for subscriptions?
If your code doesn’t work during your checkout process, the code is only applicable for non-subscription products.  Feel free to contact us at:  info@choosekos.com with any questions.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Who do I contact if there was an issue with my Order or Shipping?
Please email info@choosekos.com if you have any issues with your Order or Shipping.  We will get back in touch within 24 hours to resolve your issue.

Do you accept returns? 
Yes, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us, and request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it’s original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How do I return my items to you?  
To start a return, you can contact us at:  info@choosekos.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer refunds or is it store credit only?  
We offer both refunds and exchanges.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the return. 

Which states does KOS ship to?
At KOS, we ship our Candles, Coffee, Soaps, Apple Butter, and Merchandise to all 50 States. 

Which States does KOS ship Wine to?
Currently we only ship Wine throughout the State of Florida.  Stay tuned as we add more states soon.

Do I need to sign for Wine Shipments?
Yes. Law requires that someone 21 years or older signs for your Wine order upon delivery. However, due to the current COVID conditions, some carriers are focusing on contactless delivery and are temporarily waiving this requirement.

How Soon will you ship my order?    
We do our best to fulfil orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We typically ship orders 1-2 days after receiving it.

When will I receive my order?  
We do our best to fulfil orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We typically ship orders 1-2 days after receiving it.  Shipping varies depending upon state but typically will arrive 2-5 days after shipment has been sent out. 

Can I change or cancel an order?  
Contact us at:  info@chooskos.com with any necessary changes, or cancelations and we will do our best to take care of your request ASAP

 

WINE:

Where is KOS Wine Grown?
At KOS, we source our grapes from multiple vineyards throughout the State of California.  Most of our grapes hail from the Santa Ynez Valley, and Paso Robles.  Our AVA (American Vinicultural Area) is “California”. 

Which States does KOS ship Wine to?
Currently we only ship Wine throughout the State of Florida.  Stay tuned as we add more states soon.

What if I live outside the state of Florida? 
Unfortunately for all non-Florida residents we cannot ship wine direct to your doorstep.  We are currently working on becoming licensed in more states and should be able to send wine your way soon! 

Can I ship my Wine to a business address? 
Yes!  Wine is temperature sensitive, and in the warmer months we prefer customers to ship their wine to an office address or opt for local delivery to avoid potential spoiling.

DELIVERIES:

Do you deliver? 
Yes!  Currently we offer local delivery to the Orlando and West Palm Beach areas.  If you are looking for a way to save on shipping costs, local delivery is the way to go!

Do I need to sign for deliveries?
Yes. We require that someone 21 or older signs for your Wine order upon delivery. 

If an order is hand delivered, how will you accept returns (if any)?
Just contact us at:  info@choosekos.com and we will gladly review your potential return and work with you directly to get it resolved.

PRODUCTS:

Can I buy KOS products in any stores or retailers?
Yes!  Please review our “Retailers” tab for all locations where KOS products are sold. 

Can I buy KOS products without subscribing?
Absolutely! We offer our subscription model as a way for Customers to save on every order, and always stay stocked up on their favorite KOS products.

I am a store and want to carry your products, how can I get in touch?

Can I order in bulk?
Yes!  Please contact us at info@choosekos.com for bulk and wholesale pricing.

Do you offer private label options?
Yes!  We offer private label options for our Soaps, Candles, and Coffee.  Please contact us at:  info@choosekos.com for further information.

Are Your and Candles Handmade?
Yes, all our Soaps and Candles are 100% handmade.

Are your Soaps, and Candles Cruelty Free?
Yes!  All our Soaps, and Candles are Cruelty Free, and made with No Parabens, No Phthalates, No Sulfates, and No Synthetic Dyes.

What Portion of Your Profits to you donate to Charity?
At KOS, we donate 10% of all our profits directly to our charitable partners.

COFFEE:

When do you Roast your coffee?
We Roast multiple origins of coffee every week.  We roast, package, and send out all Subscription and a la carte orders same day to ensure our customers have only the freshest roasted coffee.

Is your coffee Fair Trade Certified?
Yes, all our Coffee’s are Fair and Direct Trade Certified.

Is your coffee Organic?
Yes, all our Coffee is Organically grown and roasted in a USDA Certified Organic Roasting facility.
