Paid $150 for the prepaid monthly coffee delivery about 6 weeks ago. Got one delivery 3 days later. A month later came and went and no word from Shop that my monthly delivery was even in process. I called the shop and they told me to email them. I emailed them about 5 days ago….. then 2 days ago…… crickets. I had to DM them on Insta to try that way. Last resort will be to go in person to see what’s up.
I’m not mad, just want my damn coffee or a refund. Yall need to work on your customer communication skills.
